Because we are planning 18 months ahead, there were understandably some details which can’t be confirmed at this time but Mo took down our preferences in terms of the airports we would like to consider for our flights. This is where the 4 stars rather than 5 apply as when we received our confirmation it stated we would be flying from Manchester, rather than London as we had indicated. However, this was soon put right my Mo and further confirmation with the correct details quickly followed. I’m sure that as the time progresses and more information on the details are released we will be kept informed in a timely manner. We do at least have Mo’s direct line so that we can contact him at any time which is always a comfort. So far, so good, we are impressed overall.


“This was our first cruise booking which was made with some reservation and questioning required. Staff seemed to be very busy, slow to make return calls and the information provided was inconsistent and not always clear. Hopefully the trip itself will prove to be smoother sailing.”

The flights were amended back to the ones agreed on booking with some difficulty as our booking rep needed lots of reminding and many emails to change the flights. Two of the hotels we were allocated were unsuitable and we moved. On the positive side when we complained to customer services Rochelle was extremely helpful, she went the extra mile, finding us new accommodation in Hawaii and ensuring the costs we incurred for the overnight hotel in Atlanta was reimbursed, and I have to say the payment was very prompt within 3 weeks of our return to the UK. Despite the problems with the accommodation everything else was fine, the flights were all booked and there were no problems at the airports and we did have an enjoyable holiday. Mo, who did the reservation, was very efficient and friendly.    During the booking process he gave us all the details required re our flights, our stays in Memphis and New Orleans etc. and was happy to put our return flights back to UK until 4 weeks after docking in New Orleans at the end of the cruise so we could make our own arrangements to visit Florida for 4 weeks before returning to New Orleans for the flight back.    We were told we would get written details within a week or 10 days, but nothing had arrived after 2 weeks so I gave them a ring – they were very apologetic, apparently their advertising campaign has resulted in a flood of business and they had been run of their feet, and promised to get the details a.s.a.p. They were true to their word and the email with the itinerary etc. arrived the next day.    I accepted their explanation and was pleased to find they acted so quickly. So far, I would be happy to book another cruise with them in the future.”
