When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 31.7 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.2 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 31.7 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 2.2 passengers.

Cruise & Maritime Voyages operate an automatic tipping system whereby an amount of £5 per person per night, which will be distributed to your cabin stewards and restaurant personnel, will be debited o your shipboard account. For cruises of greater than 16 nights, the amount it £4 per person per night. On the last day of your cruise, you will have the opportunity to adjust the amount to be charged to your account in order to reflect the level of your satisfaction. From the moment you step onboard, the choice is yours to join any of the many activities on offer or simply enjoy the luxury of being able to do absolutely nothing. The ship’s daily programme will be delivered to your cabin each evening, outlining the events of the following day.
Equipped with a gym and wellness centre, the Astor provides everything you need to improve your fitness levels or to simply relax. There's also the Sun Deck, which is perfect if you want a jog or run at sea.
